Business Filing Lookup keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the business filing search you described, the state, the page on businessfilinglookup.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. A business filing is an event with a date and a stamp. The status on the summary is the office’s conclusion after those events. If you are reconciling a deal, list the events: formed, amended, merged, dissolved, reinstated. A “business filing tracker” product that only pings a status word will miss an amendment filed yesterday.

Business Filing Lookup does not submit filings and does not track a private “business filing tracker” account at any state.
